What a wonderful place to come in and dine so many Delicious options to choose from and the fresh squeezed orange juice was so tasty I came in with my wife today and I had the cinnamon roll French toast and some thick cut hash browns extra crispy. Had an awesome experience at Black Bear Diner. The food came out hot and tasted great, and the portions were huge. The service was honestly the best part though. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell the staff actually cares about the customers. Definitely one of the best diner experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back.
Always a favorite. Andrea was excellent nice and on top of it. We had a large party of 10. It was fast all the food came out together hot. She still had other customers who were not neglected.
I had Andrea as my server and omg let me tell you! She is a beautiful queen. She was the most amazing server, and super attentive. I got the dinner country fried steak and I swear I felt like a brown grizzly bear eating raw fish in the woods. It was so good I felt like if I never ate a meal again for the rest of my life I’d be content. 100% recommend asking for Andrea for the ultimate grizzly dining experience.
Our waitress, Kristy, was very friendly and kind to the 2 kids and our large group of 8 adults. All the staff, including the manager who visited the table, were all family friendly. There was a variety of food options and everything was good. The kids menu, especially for the price, is the best you can find. Our bill, minus tip, was just under $150. The ice cream, whip cream, sprinkles and strawberries are a complimentary bonus for the kids menu and is always a hit! Thank you.
I came in to Black Bear diner today with my stomach touching my back and I decided I wanted to try some chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes with country Redskin potatoes it was absolutely amazing. Andrea was my server and she gave phenomenal service. I would recommend anyone come back to this location. She knew what I needed before I even needed to ask absolutely amazing. Lucky to have Andrea. I normally take my mother out for breakfast on my day off. Usually, it’s Elmer’s. It’s close, good and comfortable. Convenient…. We decided to drive to Black Bear Diner in Gresham today! It was exceptional. Everything was good….our service made it exceptional!! Andrea(I think) was our server. She had a lot of people/tables in her section. She treated everyone like they were her most important customer. She is great! Our food was really good and exactly what we wanted. It was worth the drive. Thank you
